Your finger on the pulse of every customer

Your customers are ready to buy again. The AI assistant knows who and when.

Every day it finds customers and leads in your base who are due for a new purchase and builds a mailing list for WhatsApp or another messenger. Your manager sends it, or it goes out on a schedule.

The problem

Advertising is getting more expensive faster than it brings in customers.

+144%

is how much the price of one customer from advertising has grown in just three years.

You pay more and more, while the same number of people come.

+24%

is how much advertising itself has risen. A customer is getting more expensive 6 times faster.

+20–25%

will be added to the price of a customer in 2026 — a forecast.

They know you, trust you and have already paid. One thing is missing — writing to the right person at the right moment.

“60–70% and 5–20%” — P. Farris et al., “Marketing Metrics”. “+5% → +25–95%” — F. Reichheld, Bain & Company, depends on the industry. “7 of 10” and “1 of 10” — a flower chain in Almaty, where Pulse works every day.

Where money gets lost

A customer doesn’t say “I’m leaving.” They just disappear.

Everyone has their own rhythm

Some buy once a month, others once a quarter. Averages don’t see this.

Missing their usual time is a signal

The first step toward leaving. Right now the person is still easy to win back with one message.

Later is too late

Once the silence drags on, the chance of winning them back halves. And reports show it only after the fact.

Pulse catches exactly this moment. For every customer, every morning.

How it is done now

It used to take half a day in Excel. Now it is one button.

Without Pulse

up to 9.5 hours

for one mailing list

  1. Export the buyers from the CRM
  2. Combine them in Excel and filter
  3. Clean out those who must not be messaged
  4. Five rounds of checks and fixes

With Pulse

1 button

a manager copes alone, no analyst needed

  1. Open Pulse in the morning
  2. Take the ready list for today
  3. Press “Send” — the list goes out as a mailing
  4. Those who must not be messaged are already removed — with the reason

“Up to 9.5 hours” — how long one list took in the flower chain before Pulse.

Build a list

Ask in words — get a list.

No need to deal with filters. Write the way you think — Pulse turns the phrase into conditions and instantly shows how many people that gives and which of them can be messaged.

The AI assistant does not see names or phone numbers. Search in words is optional.

What is inside

Everything for a customer to come back.

Base pulse

The whole base on one screen: who buys as usual, who is due a reminder, who is slipping away and how much money that is.

Lists for today

Who to message — ready by morning. Your own list — in a couple of taps.

Customer card

How often they buy, for which dates, what they take — and the decision: message or not.

Products and season

Who will come back and for what: for a holiday, an anniversary, the season of a favorite product.

Sending

A mailing at once or in parts, with a daily limit. Before sending — a re-check.

AI assistant

Ask in words — get a ready list. It does not see names or phone numbers.

And also: separate permissions for every employee and a log of all actions.

Gentle with your customers

It won’t spam your customers. And it won’t waste your money.

24

checks before every send

Asked not to be messaged, got a message recently, a number without WhatsApp — Pulse removes them from the list itself and shows why.

2

messages a month — no one person gets more

Customers don’t tire of mailings. Fewer complaints — less risk that WhatsApp blocks your number.

1–12

months without a purchase — those are the ones we write to

Someone who bought the other day will come back without a message — we don’t spend money on them. For those who have been gone for a month to a year, a message really helps them return.

  • A request not to be messaged — forever
  • Messaged recently — a pause, even in a new list
  • One person — in one mailing, not two at once
  • Right before sending, the list is checked once more

How to start

We begin with a conversation, not with your base.

  1. free

    Diagnostic

We show Pulse on an example. Together we find five answers in your CRM without exporting anything: how many customers have a phone number, how many sales have no phone recorded, how many regulars you have, when everyone was last messaged and whether you have WhatsApp with an API.

You leave with an answer: whether Pulse fits your base and what the deep audit will show.

  2. 48 hours

    Deep base audit

On your data: the base map, who to message today, where the regulars’ money is, what the till doesn’t show, and a 90-day plan.

The deep audit is paid; its cost is credited toward the connection. Before the export we agree in writing on the non-disclosure and personal-data processing terms.

  3. by agreement

    Pulse at your place

For the first weeks we look at the lists together. Then the first small mailing — and you see who bought after the message.

After a wave you can see who got the message, how many it reached, who bought and for how much, according to your CRM.

Money-back guarantee

If the service brings no purchases in the first month — we refund the money.

Everything is transparent: Pulse shows who got which message and when, how many it reached and how many people bought. The result is in numbers, not in words. We put the terms in writing.

How Pulse works for you

  1. Your CRM and messengerAny. Your team’s usual way of working doesn’t change.
  2. Pulse recalculates the baseEvery 2 hours: rhythm, chance to buy, who must not be messaged.
  3. Sending — the way you preferThe manager presses the button, or the mailing runs on your schedule.

We’ll connect any CRM and any messenger. For the deep audit an Excel export is enough.

Your data

  • Read-only access to the CRM
  • Your Pulse runs on a server in Kazakhstan, under a personal-data processing agreement
  • Phone numbers are hidden, each employee has their own permissions
  • Search in words is off; it is turned on only by separate agreement
  • We delete the export for the deep audit after 30 days if we haven’t agreed otherwise

The cost of the deep audit and the subscription depends on the size of the base — we’ll name it at the diagnostic.

Proven in a live business

Pulse already works every day.

In the sales team of a flower chain in Almaty: in the morning the manager opens Pulse, takes the list and hands it to the mailing. All the shares on this page come from there. The demo is on a fictional shop.

A good fit if

  • you have a customer base with phone numbers — in a CRM or a spreadsheet
  • your customers buy again: for holidays, out of habit, by season
  • you message customers on WhatsApp or are ready to start

Questions

What people usually ask

Didn’t find the answer? Ask at the diagnostic

What is Pulsbazy?

An AI repeat-sales assistant. It segments the people in your base by more than 20 indicators and every day finds customers and leads who are due to buy again or have not bought yet. From them it builds a mailing list for the place where your customer is used to replying: WhatsApp or any other messenger. How it goes out is up to you: by hand, whenever your manager decides, or automatically on a schedule you set up once. In both cases Pulse first removes those who must not be messaged and shows the reason.

Will you message my customers?

You write, not us. Pulse prepares the list and explains why each person is in it. The mailing goes out from your messenger: WhatsApp or another one that can be connected to the service. Your manager sends it whenever they decide, or you turn on automatic sending on a schedule. Pulse removes in advance those who must not be messaged, in both modes.

Who is Pulse for?

Any business with a customer base of 1,000 or more buyers where repeat sales exist, or where you have a clear idea of what offer to make to customers who have already bought from you. The main requirement is a CRM or any other customer-record system, or a database of your orders. We’ll talk it through in more detail at the diagnostic.

How is this different from segments in my CRM?

A segment is a filter that you set up and check yourself. But in our experience, segmenting customers, working with the base and building lists of who to message so that customers do not cool off and drift away is not the strongest side of most CRMs. A CRM stores data well, but guiding a customer to the next purchase is not its main job. That is how Pulsbazy appeared: an entrepreneur created it for entrepreneurs to answer one question: “How do you work with your customer base systematically to earn more net profit?”

What is needed to start?

For the deep audit an export to Excel or CSV is enough. For daily work you need read-only access to your CRM and your provider (messenger) through which you work with customers. No provider? We’ll help you connect one.

Which CRMs does Pulse work with?

We’ll connect any CRM or customer-record system and any messenger. Popular ones in the CIS: Bitrix24, amoCRM, Kommo, 1C, MoySklad, RetailCRM, Megaplan, Planfix, Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, YCLIENTS, iiko, Poster, Posiflora. Yours isn’t on the list? We’ll connect it too — even a plain spreadsheet will do. For the deep audit an export to Excel or CSV is enough.

Do I need the WhatsApp API?

For the deep audit — no. For daily work you need your provider (messenger) through which you work with customers: for WhatsApp that is a provider with an API. It is needed so that the list can go out as a mailing. No provider? We’ll help you connect one. It goes out from your messenger: your manager starts it, or it runs automatically on your schedule.

Where is the data stored and who can see it?

Your Pulse runs on a server in Kazakhstan, under a personal-data processing agreement. It keeps the minimum: purchase history under internal IDs, without names or phone numbers, and a list of people who must not be written to. Pulse does not keep customers’ conversations and takes the number for a mailing from your CRM at the moment of sending. It is seen by your employees, each under their own password and with their own permissions, and by us — under a non-disclosure agreement. Search in words is off. We delete the export for the deep audit after 30 days if we haven’t agreed otherwise.

What if the service brings no sales?

Then we refund the money. Pulse takes every purchase after a message from your CRM: you can see who bought, when and for how much. We draw the conclusion over one month: if there are no purchases after the messages, we refund the money. We’ll discuss the guarantee in more detail at the diagnostic.
